DELIVERY

All our parcels are shipped via LA POSTE, COLISSIMO, CHRONOPOST, MONDIAL RELAY and DELIVENGO. Shipping costs for all orders placed in Metropolitan France are fixed and indicated by the seller in the form filled out when placing the Order. All the announced delivery times are calculated in working days. The Seller undertakes to process the Order within thirty days from the day following the validation of the Order. The delivery times indicated are average times and correspond to the time required to process, prepare and dispatch the Order (from the warehouse). They start as soon as the order is validated.

SENDING

All items purchased are shipped within 10 working days after the order is placed, although most items are shipped within 3 to 4 days. Your delivery may take up to 2 weeks to arrive due to high volume. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please email us at contact@doubleponcho.com. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email from us.
