If you are not satisfied with a product within 30 days from the date of receipt, you can return it to us. You just have to send it back to us at the following address

To facilitate the processing of your request, be sure to include in your package:
- A copy of your order confirmation email.
- A letter explaining the changes you are requesting: change of size, change of product, refund request...

Packaging:
All products must be returned in their original condition :
- Folded as well as possible (no product "in ball")
- Unwashed, unworn (except for a standard fitting), unscented, no hair, etc.
- Must still have all its labels
- If possible in its plastic packaging

Return shipping costs:
Wrong product received? Defective product? Don't worry, if the product received does not correspond to your order, the return costs will be at our charge. In this case, write us directly on "contact@doubleponcho.com", and we will do what is necessary!
In other cases, the return costs are at the charge of the customer, and are not refundable.
On the other hand, after receiving your return, if it is an exchange, we will take care of the shipping costs from our warehouse of the new size, or the new product requested.
We advise you to use a tracking system for your return. Indeed, if the package was lost, we could not proceed to the exchange or refund of your order.
Make sure you keep a proof of your shipment (post office invoice, receipt, registered mail slip, etc.). It could be asked by our teams to guarantee the treatment of your request, in particular in the event of problem of routing of your parcel to us.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your returned product may vary.
